PERSONAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:-

Remind important & urgent matter.
Scheduling appointment.
Planning upcoming program.
Arrange Local Schedule.
Arrange Oversea Schedule.
Arrange and keep track of MD’s personal driver work.
Ensure MD & Guest Meal arrangement in order.
Monitor and keeping private and confidential documents properly.
Manage and records MD contact list.
Filter general information, memos, queries, mail, E-mail, Phone call & invitation.
Planning and manage Company and MD’s event/activities.
Arrange gifts and invitation matters.
MD Medical & Treatment matters.
Society & Association.
Media Correspondence.
Handling personal correspondence.
Prepare necessary Reports related to PA tasks.

Requirements:-

At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
Knowledge and skills in Personal Assistant will be advantageous.
Good team player and able to work independently.
Sound interpersonal skills and communication skills.
The ability to work well under stress and work long hours.
Excellent analytical skills.
Must be willing to work in Kuantan.
Required Mandarin speaking candidate as you will be liaising with Mandarin speaking parties.

Account Executive

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:-

Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the Company’s full set accounts, audit, tax computation and related matters.
Ensure accounting process compliance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
Ensure timely and accurately closing of accounts.
Involved in financial and management reporting.
Maintain and keep proper accounting records and filing system.
Liaise with external parties: auditors, tax agents, company secretary and bankers on Company accounting matters.
Undertake special assignments, ad hoc functions, and other duties as and when requested by the Superior.

Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma LCCI, Advanced/ Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy or equivalent.
At least 3 to 5 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to manage multiple accounts.
Proficient in Excel, Power Point, Word and other Microsoft office programs.
Familiar with UBS & AutoCount system would be an added advantage.
Required written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
Possess good working attitude, strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
Must be willing to work in Kuantan and travel locally when required.
Can start work immediately preferred.

Marketing Executive

MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:-

Develop and maintain good business relationship with new customers and existing customers of the company by regularly visit customer and business partners.
Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing, and handling information of a confidential, controversial and sensitive nature.
Implementing effective trading strategies.
Assist sales team to be customers’ solution provider whenever necessary.
Working with researchers to improve trading strategies.
Setting up meetings with potential customer, entertaining business partners & investor.
Product and business plan presentation.
Prepare and compute reports.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Highly organized and dedicated to developing own knowledge of the industry.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions, conferences or association meeting.
Update and enhance relevant marketing programme through communications and interactions with different departments and key personnel.
Maintain communications with internal and external parties and control through all phases of the journey of the shipment.
Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedure.
Ensure compliance with import/export laws and regulations.
To ensure the timely readiness of documents to meet import and export shipment.
Understand international trades market, executing trades and foreign exchange.
Analyzing short-term economic trends, assessing the risks management, and updating the relevant departments.
Reviewing legal documents, liaise with legal advisor and law firm.
Committee ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:-

At least 5 years of relevant working experience in marketing within a fast-paced business environment.
Knowledge and skills in managing Natural resources business products will be advantageous.\
Good team player and able to work independently.
Sound interpersonal skills and communication skills.
Proven trading experience.
The ability to work well under stress and work long hours.
Excellent analytical skills.
Required Mandarin speaking candidate as you will be liaising with Mandarin speaking parties.

2D / 3D Designer

2D / 3D DESIGNER

Responsibilities:-

Serve as in-house 2D / 3D Designer for the Group.
Contributing innovative & conceptualize the artwork design to the overall briefs.
Good discipline, able to work under pressure and deliver works within tight timeline.
Responsible in 3D drawings, video animations and handling various types of plans such as landscape, topographic map, map info and google earth.
Responsible for analyse project planning and work schedule to produce a plan/drawing in the allotted time.
Always be creative and innovative in producing drawings and also give suggestions for improvement of drawings if necessary.
Constantly improve the drawing skills of self and colleagues in the use of applications such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup and landscape tools.
Produce accurate and high quality work with diligence and own proofreading.
Undertake other assignments by management.
Must a team player and work collaboratively with others.
Able to learn and grasp new concepts quickly and willing to learn new challenges.
Able to work as part of a team on a common goal.Ensure all project drawings are well kept and recorded.

Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent or possessing 1 to 2 years related experience.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): AutoCAD, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, Lumion and landscape tools ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
With critical eye on project details/info management.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kuantan.
Possess own transport.
